6.) Properties that meet your criteria.
We arrange appointments on all properties that meet your criteria & accompany you through each property. We provide detailed descriptions of every property to be viewed.

We prepare a detailed Offer on your behalf, provide sound advice to protect your best interests.

We include all the necessary protection for you as a Buyer and prepare you for the Negotiation process. Our knowledge is invaluable regarding the components of the contract. We will take into account all the factors that are important to you and recommend terms, conditions, and clauses that best represent your interests. Under Buyer Agency Agreements, you are protected since we are liable for any errors.
